3. Options for Sale: We walk you through the condition of area comparables and explain the range at which the property can sell and the anticipated time frame. In that discussion, we can discuss your options to sell “as is,” all cash, closing on your specified timeline, or at retail, listing it on the traditional way with signage and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) exposure. This gives you the power to make the best, most informed decision under your specific circumstances.
4. Marketing Package for Retail Listings: We pride ourselves on the custom marketing package we provide and pay for that can include professional photography, video, 3D walk-thru, paid mail advertising, and paid Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other ads.
